Police: Two men arrested after attempted robbery in Georgetown

Georgetown Police arrested a Millsboro man and a Lincoln man on Thursday after the two reportedly restrained a man and tried to rob him.

At around 2:14 PM, Georgetown Police say officers responded to a report of a robbery in the 500 block of North Bedford Street. Two suspects allegedly grabbed a man and demanded money from him, restraining him until he was able to break free and run for help.

Georgetown Police, with assistance from the Delaware State Police Governor's Task Force, the Delaware Capitol Police K9 Unit and Delaware Probation and Parole, located the suspects running behind a business on North Bedford Street and captured the two. The suspects are identified as 26-year-old Leron Parham or Millsboro and 26-year-old Devin Gray of Lincoln.

Parham is charged with second degree attempted robbery and conspiracy. He has been committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute on a bond of $7,000 secured.

Gray faces the same charges and was also committed to the Sussex Correctional Institute on a $7,000 secured bond.
