Search for missing teen in Somerset Co. underway

EDEN, Md. – Maryland State Police are actively searching for a missing Eden teen.

Police say 15-year-old Ashanti Ta’Karra Hitch was reported missing just before 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. She is 5’6″, approximately 274 pounds, and was last seen wearing a light blue t-shirt, black leggings, silver sandals, and a black satin cap.
