Harrington man arrested following drug investigation

HARRINGTON, Del  – Delaware State Police say a search warrant at a Harrington home led to the arrest of one on Wednesday.

The search warrant was the result of an investigation into 33-year-old John Cox and the distribution of illegal narcotics from the property in the 400 block of Jackson Ditch Road. During the search, police found approximately 13.58 grams of methamphetamines, naloxone strips, a 12-gauge shotgun, 12-gauge shotgun ammunition, a digital scale, and drug paraphernalia.

Cox was taken into custody at the residence and charged with numerous drug offenses. He was held at SCI on a $14,000 secured bond.
