Cooking with Lynn: refreshing orange kefir drink with probiotics

If you’re looking for a refreshing drink during these hot days this summer Lynn has the perfect icy beverage for you.
In this recipe, instead of using milk, Lynn uses Kefir. Kefir is much for nutritious and thicker than milk.
It’s very popular in Europe and is filled with a lot of probiotic activity which promotes good gut health.
Lynn says that the drink smells like vanilla and tastes sweet.
If you try this at home, it will take no more than five minutes.
