Annual jeepers back the blue jamboree event

Dover, Del. -Jeepers Back the Blue Foundation will be hosting its annual Jamboree in September at the Dover Speedway.

It’s a two-day law enforcement appreciation fundraiser that will help raise money for fallen officers.

The foundation’s primary function is to help the families of fallen officers and Officers that are severely injured and unable to return to work.

Founder of the organization Jeff Lehnert tells us what eventgoers can expect at the Jamboree.

Lehnert says “Jeeps get to drive around the NASCAR track in their jeep we have law enforcement demos and displays, a kids zone with moon bounces and a petting zoo, face painting, we’ve got vendors, we have live music including a kick-off party.”

They will also have the world’s largest rubber duck at the event.
