Town of Berlin election scheduled for October

BERLIN, Md. – The Town of Berlin will hold its 2024 Municipal Election on October 1st.

The election will include the Office of the Mayor, as well as Council Seats for Districts 2 and 3.

Berlin voters must register with the Worcester County Board of Elections by Friday, August 30th. Candidates intending to run for Mayor or District 2 or 3 Council Seats must file by 5 p.m. on August 30th.

Polls will be open on Tuesday, October 1, from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Voters in Districts 1 and 2 will vote at Buckingham Presbyterian Church at 20 S. Main Street, while voters in Districts 3 and 4 will vote at St. Paul United Methodist Church, located at 405 Flower Street.
