Shots fired investigation underway in Easton

EASTON, Md. – An investigation is underway following a shooting late Monday night at an Easton apartment complex.

Just after 10:30 p.m., officers were called to the 400 building in the Parkway Apartments for a report of shots fired. Officers met with multiple people, who reported that someone had shot multiple rounds and ran into an apartment in the 400 building. A search and seizure warrant was obtained for the residence, and residents and visitors of the apartment building were brought out safely.

Further investigation revealed that someone fired multiple shots at a group of people. No one was injured.
