Groove City and Cats both win nail-biters

SNOW HILL, Md- Multiple teams took home victories in one-possession games in Maryland Supreme Summer League’s seventh week.

Cats took down Hill Toppers 40-39 thanks to Dustin Pederson who scored a game-high 20 points.

Groove City defeated Aaron’s 55-53 thanks to clutch plays from Sterling Perkins and Semaj Pinder. The two players combined for 30 of the team’s 55 points.

Trybe Wise’s 19 points powered Bull On The Beach to take down the Laurel Dawgs 62-47.
