James T. Vaughn inmates graduate from high school

SMYRNA, Del. – Eight students incarcerated at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center graduated from James H. Groves High School.

Each student completed many months of coursework and achieved all of the Delaware Department of Education requirements for high school graduation.
