Felton home shot at, police investigating
FELTON, Del. – Delaware State Police are trying to find the person who shot at a home in Felton, Friday night.
Troopers say a man was inside his home on Appalachian Drive, around 8:15 p.m., when he heard a loud noise. He went to his bedroom and noticed drywall all over his bed and floor, a bullet hole in the wall and a bullet on the carpet.
The neighborhood was canvassed and neighbors say a single gunshot sound was heard from the north side of the residence. According to police, no injuries associated with the incident have been reported.
