Noah Burroughs and Central throttle DMA for 9-2 win
GEORGETOWN, Del.– Sussex Central defeated Delaware Military Academy in a final score of 9-2 on Thursday afternoon.
Noah Burroughs started the game on the bump for Central and would retire the side in the top of the 1st. Central would waste no time getting on the board as they would plate 5 runs in the bottom half of the 1st.
The Golden Knights would score in every inning but the 6th and the 7th. Chet Mariner came in as the relief pitcher for Burroughs to lock up the win. Central moves to 15-1 on the season.
