Easton man arrested following report of car break-ins

EASTON, Md. – An Easton man was arrested earlier this week on multiple charges.

On Tuesday, officers were called to the area of Superior Circle and Lakelands Way for a report of a man breaking into vehicles. Officers made contact with the man, identified as 21-year-old Carlton Freeman, who was found to be in possession of two concealed, loaded handguns without a permit to carry them. He was also found in possession of a stolen wallet and a stolen shotgun.

Freeman was charged with theft, rogue and vagabond, and illegal possession of a firearm.
