Clutch 2 run homer lifts Mardela over Delmar

MARDELA, Md.– Mardela defeated Delmar in a final score of 3-1 on Friday afternoon.

Mardela would take the lead first in the 1st inning with a 1-0 lead. Delmar would answer with a solo homer from freshman Cheyanne Willey to tie it up.

Mardela would take the lead in the bottom of the 6th inning with a 2 run home-run to put the game away and stay undefeated.
