Fourth person charged in Wicomico Co. child sex abuse investigation

WICOMICO CO., Md. – A fourth person has been arrested in connection to a recent child sex abuse investigation in Wicomico County.

On Tuesday, Frederick Montgomery was arrested on an indictment issued by the Wicomico County Grand Jury, charging him with child abuse, two counts each of third and fourth degree sexual offense, two counts of second degree assault, and perverted practice.

It was determined that Montgomery was affiliated for several years with New Dimension Family Ministries, located at 1907 Jersey Road in Salisbury, during which he routinely had access to minor children.

Earlier this month, police arrested three men in connection to the same investigation.
