OCPD officer honored

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Ocean City Police Officer Emma Hamilton-Blackford is getting a big honor.

She received the Crisis Response Team Outstanding Achievement in the Field award. The Worcester County Drug and Alcohol council recognized the officer for helping to reduce the negative impacts of those suffering from mental health disorders in Worcester County.
