Free car seat safety check event to be held in Worcester Co.

BERLIN, Md. – The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office is hosting a free car seat check later this month.

The event will be held at the Berlin Fire Company Station 3 on April 24th from 3 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Anyone interested can schedule a free one-on-one appointment with a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Appointments should take approximately 45 minutes per car seat. If you have more than one child, you should make another appointment during the next time slot. It is also recommended that you pre-install your car seat(s) to the best of your ability and bring both the car seat and vehicle manuals.
