Police identify man involved in shooting outside Kent Co. courthouse

DOVER, Del. – Delaware Capitol Police have released the identity of a man involved in a shots fired complaint outside of the Kent County Family Court in Dover last week.

Police say 68-year-old James Kaiser Sr. was located in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, later that evening, where a traffic stop was initiated. However, it was reported that Kaiser took his own life during the traffic stop.

As a result, the investigation into this incident has concluded.
