Laurel Police Department asking for help locating a hit-and-run suspect

LAUREL, De.,- The Laurel Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a hit-and-run suspect.

On Thursday, March 21st around 5:05 p.m. a suspect operating a white SUV in the parking lot of Food Lion at 30214 Sussex Highway, Laurel collided with a legally parked vehicle.

This collision caused damage to the left side of the vehicle of the parked vehicle.

Officers were provided with surveillance video screenshots of the vehicle and its driver.
