Fatal crash under investigation in Delaware

FELTON, Del. – A Saturday evening crash that took the life of one is currently being investigated by Delaware State Police.

According to police, around 8:30PM, Steven Satterfield was driving a Nissan on firetower road when he attempted to round a curve. The vehicle suddenly veered off the road and collided with a tree.

At the time, the 60-Year-old was not wearing his seatbelt.

He was taken to the nearest hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
