Armed home invasion robbery under investigation in Dover
DOVER, Del. – An armed home invasion robbery is under investigation in Dover.
According to police, the incident took place at around 11 p.m. Sunday, at a residence on Vanessa Drive. It was learned that two suspects had forced entry into the residence, occupied by three adults and four children at the time. The suspects then allegedly confronted the victims and demanded money while displaying a firearm. The victims complied, and the suspects stole an unknown amount of cash and property before fleeing the home.
No one was injured. The suspects are described as men wearing dark-colored clothing and face masks.
