Sussex Co. 4th grader wins DelDOT “Name That Plow” contest

SUSSEX CO., Del. – Rehoboth Elementary School 4th grader Sophie Rowley was selected as the Sussex County winner for the Name That Plow contest hosted by DelDOT.

“Ice Ice Bladey” was selected out of about 200 submissions.
