Easton PD officer promoted to Lieutenant

EASTON, Md. – Milton Orellana with the Easton Police Department was recently promoted to the rank of Lieutenant.

With his newly appointed position, Lieutenant Orellana will serve as Commander of Special Operations and oversee multiple other departments and units within the Easton Police Department.
