Delmar Fire Dept. responds to early morning garage fire

DELMAR, Md. – The Delmar Fire Department responded to a garage fire early Saturday morning in the area of East Pine Street. Officials say the call went out just before 1AM. Crews found a small garage on fire on 4th Street near Walnut Street.
Officials say they were able to control the blaze in less than five minutes. It took them about 30 minutes to clear the scene. No injuries were reported, and the cause is not known at this time.
