Dover man injured in overnight shooting

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police are investigating an overnight shooting that injured one.

Just after 2 a.m., officers responded to the area of Village Drive and Quail Hollow Drive for a report of multiple shots fired. When officers arrived in the area, they found a 25-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body.

The victim was taken to Bayhealth Kent Campus for treatment.
