Ocean City Golf Club to host charity tournament

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Eastern Shore is partnering with the Ocean City Golf Club for a charity event.

The golf tournament is this Saturday, and Big Brothers Big Sisters isn’t the only nonprofit that’ll be benefiting from the event.

Toys for Tots will also be receiving gift donations at the tournament. Event organizer, Kate Maloney, said she’s looking forward to the tournament, because it’ll help bring the community together for a great cause.

“We’re holding the golf tournament here, and we’re going to have all different kinds of items. So, if they’re not in the tournament, they can still come by– we have a lot of auction items,” Maloney said.
