Good Morning Delmarva Discusses Funsizing

47ABC – Down Sizing is common for many when they get older but the changes in the housing market have homeowners getting creative.

Marco Smith, a local real estate expert, visited Good Morning Delmarva to discuss a new alternative called “Fun Sizing.”

Fun Sizing is when homeowners transform their spaces into something new such as turning a kid’s room into an entertainment area or a private spa room.

Marco spoke on some of the advantages of fun sizing your home and what the house market is like currently in Delmarva.
