Good Morning Delmarva Discusses UMES 4-H STEM Festival
47ABC – Now UMES is hosting a free STEM Festival this coming October 21st to introduce pathways such as robotics, marine sciences, and engineering to young students.
Brad Hurtle, Organizer for UMES Extension’s 4-H STEM Festival, stopped by Good Morning Delmarva to share more about this learning opportunity and how it benefits the youth.
Hurtle says that the festival is for all ages and is filled with interactive activities that kids can participate in.
He also tells us that event is an all day affair to really showcase as much as they can to the community.
