UPDATE: Green Alert cancelled, missing Dover man located

UPDATE: Dover Police say that James Fizer has been located safely in Queen Anne’s County. The Green Alert is cancelled.

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police have issued a Green Alert for 40-year-old James Fizer.

Police say Fizer was last seen leaving his home on Katrina Way in Dover in a black 2005 Ford Explorer. He is approximately 5’8″, stocky  build, with black hair, a trimmed black beard, and glasses. Fizer was last seen wearing a green Carhart jacket, tan pants, and tan boots.

Police also say Fizer has a condition that may cause issues to his health if not monitored and treated correctly.
