Shots fired incident under investigation in Lewes

LEWES, Del. – Police are investigating a shots fired incident that took place late Sunday night in Lewes.

At around 11 p.m., troopers responded to the 23000 block of Oak Street East in Angola by the Bay for a criminal mischief complaint. Troopers arrived at the scene to find that an entry door to the home had been shot, but that the home was unoccupied at the time.

No suspect description is available at this time.
