UPDATE: Cove Road Beach reopened

8/22 UPDATE: Cove Beach has reopened as of Tuesday afternoon.

All tests came back normal.

BIVALVE, Md. – Cove Beach is currently under an advisory due to elevated bacteria levels.

Wicomico County Health Department officials say the beach will be retested on Thursday, with results expected by Friday.
