UPDATE: Police arrest suspect in Dover business burglary
8/9 UPDATE: Dover Police have arrested a suspect in connection to this incident.
Tuesday morning, an officer on patrol saw a man walking in the 100 block of South New Street who matched the description of the suspect seen on surveillance images. The man, identified as 41-year-old Jose Dominguez-Morales, was confirmed to be the suspect, and he was subsequently taken into custody.
Dominguez-Morales was charged with third degree burglary and theft under $1500 and released on his own recognizance.

DOVER, Del. – An investigation is underway following a weekend burglary at a Dover business.
At around 11 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to El Nopal for an alarm. Officers arrived at the scene to find that a window was open, but no one was found inside. Further investigation revealed that an unknown suspect had entered the business through an unlocked window and stole an unknown amount of money before leaving. The suspect is described as a male wearing a light colored t-shirt and a backpack.
