New coffee shop hopes to honor Seaford’s heritage

Honoring Seaford’s heritage, connecting with the community and leaving a legacy is what two Seaford locals are hoping to do downtown.

Every Fiber Coffee Company is just weeks away from opening day and if successful the coffee shop will provide more than just a hot cup of joe.

The owners say they can help lead revitalization efforts and restore a historic building.

“We’re just hoping it’s a catalyst. Everybody that comes to town, it becomes easier for the next guy, it becomes easier for the next venture, the next store owner and hopefully in five years or even less that it starts to look like a Berlin,” explains Every Fiber Coffee Company Owners Roxanne Murray and Allan Carnston.

This project has definitely been a labor of love for them and taking longer than expected but they’re hoping to have their doors open in April.
