UPDATE: Suspect indicted in shooting of teen in Accomack Co.

An Accomack County man has been indicted, in connection to the fatal shooting of a 13-year-old boy, this past fall.

23-year-old Nicholas White has been indicted on charges of voluntary manslaughter, and possession of a sawed-off shotgun. According to the Office of Commonwealth Attorney Gary Agar, the indictment was handed down on Monday. However, no court dates have been set yet.

This all stems from an incident on Keller Pond Road, in October 2015. Police say they responded to the home to find the teen suffering from a gunshot wound.

White was reportedly involved in a disagreement, and at some point during the argument, police believe he shot the teen once.
