Outstanding Law Enforcement Officer honored

SALISBURY, Md. – Congratulations to First Class Officer Brendon Tobias for being recognized by the Optimist Club as an Oustanding Law Enforcement Officer.

The police department says he was destined to be an officer since the 90s.
