2023 Community Arts Appreciation Award recipient named

SALISBURY, Md. – Eastern Shore Ballet Theater Founder Miss Betty Webster was awarded the 2023 Community Arts Appreciation Award.

The award was given by the Salisbury Wicomico Arts Council. Miss Betty formed the non-profit ballet company in 1991 with the goal of raising awareness of the art of classical dance.
