47 ABC Producer completes Murph

SALISBURY, Md. – 47 ABC News Hour Producer Alex Boesman and his friend Kam ran the Murph Friday morning.

The Murph consists of a mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats, and another mile. The challenge honors fallen Marine Seal, Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy.
