UPDATE: Missing 75-year-old Salisbury man located

6/15 UPDATE: Police say Emmanuel Matthews has been located.

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury Police are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing 75-year-old man.

Police say Emmanuel Matthews was last seen on June 5th at around 11 a.m. He is 5’10”, 250 pounds, with brown eyes and gray hair. He was last seen wearing a black Adidas jacket, white t-shirt, black sweatpants, and sneakers.

We’re told Matthews is considered critically missing due to mental disability and required medication. There are no other suspicious circumstances.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to call Salisbury Police at 833-SBY-CITY.
