Tonight will be cool with periods of rain, as lows drop into the mid to upper 30s. A lingering shower is possible on Monday, but skies will be clearing throughout the day. Breezy conditions will however take over by the afternoon, while highs rebound in the upper 40s to lower 50s. Mostly sunny skies are in the forecast for Tuesday, but readings will be chilly in the low to mid 40s.
A new system arrives on Tuesday night bringing a rain/snow mix late, with snow likely being the main precipitation as temperatures drop into the upper 20s to low 30s. Temperatures will be climbing to above freezing into the upper 30s to low 40s on Wednesday, but the changeover from snow to rain could be a gradual process, creating for some tricky travel conditions. Conditions by Wednesday night will be all rain for Delmarva, as lows hold steady in the upper 30s to low 40s.
Scattered showers continue into Thursday morning, but skies will remain mostly cloudy for the afternoon, as highs reach the low 50s. Friday will be mostly cloudy and seasonable in the upper 40s. Rain chances return for Saturday, while temperatures climb into the upper 40s to low 50s. Morning showers are possible for Sunday, under mostly cloudy skies and readings in the mid to upper 50s.
