Millsboro man arrested for continuous sex abuse of a child

MILLSBORO, Del. – A Millsboro man has been arrested for continuously sexually abusing a child.

Police say the investigation involves sexual assaults dating back to 2020. 32-year-old Ryan Conner was arrested on Thursday as a result of the investigation and charged with two counts of sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust or authority in the first degree, two counts of sexual abuse by a person in a position of trust or authority in the second degree, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and sexual solicitation of a child.

He was held at SCI on a $264,000 cash bail.
