Today’s Forecast: February 6, 2019

Off and on showers are likely tonight with temperatures briefly dropping into the upper 40s before rising back into the 50s throughout the night.

A few lingering showers are possible early Thursday, then partly to mostly cloudy for the afternoon. Temperatures will be above average with highs near 60 in Salisbury, but much cooler to the north and closer to the coast, but the temperature forecast looks challenging. Temperatures may briefly touch 60 before dropping later in the day depending on the exact position of a frontal boundary. Either way, temperatures will still be above average. Friday will be mostly cloudy early with gradual clearing during the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid and upper 60s.

Temperatures will be much colder on Saturday behind a cold front. Highs will be in the upper 30s under sunny skies. Sunday will be partly to mostly sunny with highs in the low 40s. A few showers are possible as we head into the night, and some of the rain could mix with snow.

Light rain and snow will linger into early Monday with highs in the low and mid 40s. Another chance for showers or a wintry mix will move in Tuesday with highs in the mid 40s. Wednesday will be partly sunny with some lingering showers. Highs will be near 50.

Have a great night!
