Dorchester Co. teacher celebrates retirement

DORCHESTER CO., Md. – Congratulations are in order for Mrs. Laura Layton on her retirement.

She was an English teacher for over 50 years and served 8 years on the Board of Education. District officials honored Mrs. Layton with a plaque commemorating her service.
