Ravens Signing Former Smyrna And Delaware QB Nolan Henderson

NEWARK, Del – Former Smyrna Quarterback Nolan Henderson has been signed to the Baltimore Ravens. He announced the news on Twitter on Sunday.

The 24-year-old was undrafted out of the University of Delaware. In his time with the Fghtin Blue Hens, he was named first-team All-CAA in 2020 and 2021 and second-team in 2022. He threw for 56 touchdowns and 14 interceptions while at Newark

While in high school he quarterbacked Smyrna to a three-year record of 29-6, two Henlopen Conference titles, and two state titles. His Eagles went back-to-back with Delaware State Championships in 2015 and 2016 including capturing the school’s first title in 2015.  He’s also a two-time first-team All-State selection and was named the 2016 Gatorade State Player of the Year.
