47ABC- Legal Expert Jeffrey Katz has prepared over 5,000 estate plans and has administered over $100 million in estates and trust assets through his law practice. He also runs an estate planning software company which he founded making him familiar with cases similar to Priscilla Presley’s.

Recently Lisa Maria Presley, daughter of Elvis Presley, passed away and her mother Priscilla Presley is contesting her will. Katz sat down with us on Good Morning Delmarva to discuss this particular case and tells us what exactly is at stake and what really happens when you contest a will.
