Today’s Forecast: January 22, 2019

Temperatures will drop into the low 20s tonight before slowly rising to near 30 by the early morning. Clouds will increase throughout the night as a storm system approaches.

Wednesday will be partly to mostly cloudy and much milder with highs slolwy climbing into the low and mid 50s. Some northern areas may not make it into the 50s until late, perhaps after dark. Rain showers begin to develop late Wednesday night. The rain continues into Thursday with mild temperatures near 60 very early in the morning, then temperatures quickly drop as a cold front pushes through. This front will also create very gusty winds, especially early in the day. Some gusts could go over 50 mph, especially at the coast. The sky will be mostly sunny on Friday with cooler highs in the low 40s.

Saturday will be partly to mostly sunny and chilly with temperatures in the mid 30s. Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies on Sunday with just a slight chance for a rain or snow shower. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s.

Highs on Monday and Tuesday will remain in the upper 40s under partly sunny skies.
