Delaware Police seek suspect in Magnolia gas station robbery

Delaware State Police report they are investigating an armed robbery that happened Tuesday night at a gas station in Magnolia.

At around 9:20 PM police say a man went into Uncle Sam's Market on West Birdie Lane armed with a handgun. He reportedly demanded cash from an employee, took the money and fled in an unknown direction.

No one was injured.

Police describe the suspect as a black male around 5'9" or 5'10" and approximately 175 to 200 pounds. He reportedly concealed his face and wore a dark sweatshirt with blue jeans and black sneakers.
