Dover Police arrest three teens for role in masked shooting

Dover Police say they have arrested three suspects in connection to the December 23rd double shooting in Dover.

18-year-old Eugene Riley of Houston, Del. and two teenagers under 18 were arrested after the vehicle police were searching for, a white Buick Rendezvous, was found at a residence in Capitol Park in Dover.

Police say the suspects were apprehended without incident.

Riley and the 17-year-old are charged with multiple assault charges, multiple firearm charges, second degree conspiracy, wearing a disguise during commission of a felony and receiving stolen property. They have been committed on $190,000 cash bond.

The third suspect, a 16-year-old, is charged with possession of a firearm and receiving stolen property. He is being held on $13,000 unsecured bond.
