UPDATE: Salisbury Police investigating shooting on Marshall St

SALISBURY, Md. – Salisbury Police say a shooting incident that took place early Wednesday afternoon has been ruled accidental.

We’re told that detectives have a 36-year-old Salisbury man in custody as a result. He will be criminally charged in the incident.

Police say there are no further threats to the community.
