Town puts on days-long Halloween festivities

PRINCESS ANNE, Md. – Despite the rain, Princess Anne’s Library still was able to host Halloween Block Party.

The town is putting on more festivities to invite folks into the town than ever before.

The block party Saturday night consisted of trunk or treat for the kids, some music, crafts, games and food.

And the festivities are continuing in the town right up through Halloween night on Wednesday.

The Washington Inn and Tavern has Halloween themed food and drinks through Wednesday, there’s also things for the adults, on Wednesday pumpkin beer tasting will take place at Junior’s Wines.  The town will also be throwing a pumpkin cooking contest, have a haunted jail and ghost walk for those brave enough.
