SALISBURY, Md. – The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after two pedestrians were reportedly hit by a vehicle during the early morning hours on Thursday.
Shortly after 5:30 AM, police were called to the scene of a motor vehicle crash involving two pedestrians who were hit near the intersection of Churchill Ave on S. Schumaker Drive. On arrival, police learned that one of the pedestrians, 18-year-old Clint St. Louis, of Salisbury, had already been taken to PRMC by EMS with life threatening head injuries.
The other pedestrian, 19-year-old Aziz Seck, of Salisbury, was taken to PRMC with non-life threatening injuries.
St. Louis remains in the ICU at PRMC following surgery, which doctors are unsure will save him.

Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis said, “There are a number of things we can do to enhance our visibility when we’re out walking jogging. When you’re out there during the hours of darkness, you’ve got to stay out of the road. Have light clothing on. Have reflective gear on. Have reflective shoes.”
