Seaford Police searching for man following forgery complaint

SEAFORD, Del. – Seaford Police are searching for a man wanted in connection to a forgery complaint.

Shortly before 3 p.m. Monday, detectives responded to the Bank of Delmarva for a forgery complaint. It was learned that a subject, identified as 34-year-old Anthony Oscar, withdrew cash from a business account with a forged check. After obtaining the money, the subject then reportedly went to the Laurel and Delmar branches of the Bank of Delmarva and completed more transactions on the same account.

Warrants have been obtained for Oscar’s arrest, and anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact M/Cpl. Jason Scott with the Seaford Police Department at 302-629-6648.
